I am running my guitar (LP Studio) into my audio interface (Mackie ONYX Blackjack) into Logic Pro.

I cannot seem to get a realistic sounding guitar tone using the Amp Sims in Logic.

I have attempted to tweak these for hours on end but the just do not have the sound/feel of a tube amp.

I am unable to mic an amp where I live and am looking for a solution.

I have read about "Amp in a box" type pedals but have never used them.

Could this get me close to the sound of a tube amp for recording?

Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated!
