Hi, I'm Julian from Soundbrenner. We're developing the first wearable device for musician and need your help!

You all know that practicing with a metronome is important, but you’ve always hated using one? Well, we set out to fix this. Instead of that annoying click sound, the Soundbrenner Pulse vibrates so that you can literally feel the beat on your skin. Wear it with a strap or clip it anywhere with magnets. It connects to your smartphone, so you can do tons of stuff with it, including many rhythm exercises. In the long run, we want to become the fitness tracker for music, motivating you and tracking your progress.

You can control the Soundbrenner Pulse with Logic Pro. Our utility app for Mac and Windows is controlled via MIDI and connects to the device, so you can send any rhythmic sequences from Logic. Use it for composing and recording in your home studio.

Or use the Soundbrenner Pulse as a MIDI input device: For example, tap on the face to fire a track, or turn the wheel to bring in effects.

We tested the Soundbrenner Pulse with many musicians to make sure we do it right. Take Adrien Lopez, who said “If you spend 48 hours in one weekend in a studio and you have this click, you have bad dreams about it in the end.”:

I also wrote a little blog article explaining why the vibration actually works:

Right now we're live on Indiegogo with our crowdfunding campaign! We have everything sorted out, but we need the funds to actually produce it! Please click, watch, buy, and share. This is the best device on Earth to help you learn and play music with perfect rhythm. It's great for beginners and experts alike.

If you're a parent with a student learning music or a teacher of music, this is PERFECT for them. Or if you're an avid musician, you already know how important staying on beat is to your music practice.
