Aggregate Devices Sound distortion at startup Logic 9.1.0

Since last week, after the last software update of OSX and Logic, I have problems with the aggregate device (2x Motu 8 pre)
After starting Logic everything is OK but when I want to use the input channels of the MOtu 8pre there is a sound distortion on the input channels. I have to reset the aggregate device in the audio settings of Logic and then the sound is is OK again.
But after turning off the MacPro and a restart I have the same problem again. Any suggestions?
